One of our pillars of design is the Headstock Element.

Only when deciding on headstock with the Element, will you be presented with two neck constructions:

- 5 Pcs Construction : 3 strips of african mahogany and two thin oak strips. Not only does this enhance its stability it also is astonishingly beautiful. 

(available only with Element headstock) 

- One Piece Mahogany  (available with Element and Traditional headstock)

In order to fulfil musicians various demands and styles we create three distinct neck profiles:

- Reverie Oval C : The Reverie interpretation of the Classic C profile.  After looking deep into musician playing habits have we created a profile for maximum comfortability.

- Reverie Thin D : Ergonomic, fantastically comfortable modern design that delivers the traditional and familiar sound and feel.

- Reverie Baseball Bat : For the love of the vintage feel, a beefy neck, wide shoulders. A True 50s sensation.

We provide two distinct fingerboard woods:

- Ebony :  The Reverie prestigious classic choice for fretboard. We obtained the highest quality ebony which is characterised in its deepness of dark black tone.  

- Katalox :  Incredibly astonishing beauty boasting unrivalled acoustic qualities. Through thorough analysis, this wood is most complimentary For our overall sound design.

Two combination options available:

- With Element : A refreshing original design based on our classical headstock shape.

 An element sculpture giving homage to two important inspirations for our creation.

 When looking from a side POV one will notice a subtle elegant hint of a violin waist and the shape of a traditional planer. 

That together embrace the world of woodworking and classical musical instruments. Our accumulated experience from these two fields combine the deep passion and 

expertise that manifest into expression through the instruments we create.

- Traditional Reverie headstock : Our take on the traditional headstock shape. In one bold stroke we combine the familiar majestic sensation with a refreshing original design.

An assortment of painting options available.

Optional matte or gloss.

All finishes are applied in the thinnest layer possible, as not to interfere with the woods resonance.

Nitro Finish :

Gloss or matte, applied and buffed in a traditional techniques giving a true vintage look and feel.

The New-Old Finish :

Over time, with this particular finish, the instrument is protected from degradation and keeps its original quality and looks,

there will be no peel crack or pop the way nitro behaves.

Our in-house handmade pickups consist of ALNICO magnets and plain enamel wire.

Reverie PAF Humbuckers :

Influenced by the sound of vintage guitars of the 50s and 60s, in particular the approach of iconic players such as Peter Green.

What drives us is to conserve the many beloved characteristics of an excellent PAF :

the well known “doubletone” signature, a great sustain, an airy sweetness, big and powerful sound and an amazing responsiveness.

Reverie P90s :

Two essential sets to provide an exact compatibility

- For Hollow And Semi Hollow Body : This set was designed to emphasise the acoustic qualities of the instruments without disturbing the tuned top resonating at its finest.

Resulting in a higher clarityn, excellent detail expression and rich overtone profile (learn more about sound design)

- For Solid Body  :  Homage to all that is good in an excellent vintage p90 set.

Our take hits and emphasises the responsiveness to the player and the dynamic range of the pickup.

Reverie single coils :

Our single coils behave differently from classic single coils. Pushing to the max, these single coils express greater output and an original passionate sound. 

Clarity and sweetness that characterise classic single coils, combining a sense of power, presence and distinct sound signature when it comes to overdrive. 

Outstanding playing dynamics which provide great responsiveness to the player.

Unpotted : 

Enhancing the instrument’s unique voice and acoustic qualities.

What defines unpotted pickups is a wider frequency range, wider dynamic range and 

higher detail level.

Unpotted pickups tend to be a bit ferocious. 

More microphonic and can cause more feedback in high gain, especially when it comes to semi hollow and hollow instruments.

Important to note that these characteristics aren’t always taken as a disadvantage, it's completely dependent on the players style, their technique and rig (amplification ect.) 

Potted :

Potted pickups tend to be less microphonic and a bit more compressed, thus easier to manipulate and will feedback less in high gain.

A choice of gold or nickel finish.

In Gold : the knobs, the tailpiece and the truss rod cover are made of solid brass - no plating. 

The tuners, the bridge, the pickups cover, the strap buttons and the switch knob are plated. 

In Nickel : The tailpiece, the truss rod cover and the pickups cover are made of solid nickel silver - no plating.

The knobs, the tuners, the bridge, the strap  buttons and the switch knob are plated. 

We use JESCAR fretwire, two profiles available: 

43080 : Our preferable profile to attain the traditional classic feel.

57110 : For the jumbo profile enthusiasts. Inspired by early jumbo profiles.

We offer two profile materials:

18% nickel silver : The most widely used material for frets.

Evo Gold : Excellent, more resistant alloy than nickel silver (less fretworks!) . Gold hue throughout.

Each instrument comes with excellent quality industry leading GROVER tuning machines (Sta-Tite™ 97-18 series)

An incredibly beautiful vintage design arrives with 18:1 gear ratio for fine tuning.

Option with additional fee : WAVERLY tuning machines with Butterbean knobs.
